job summary:
- Integrity - Reliability, Responsibility and Accountability. - Working knowledge of the English language, both oral and written. - Ability to perform all work in a safe manner. - Must have high attention-to-detail and strong vision and hearing. - Ability to learn new machines and production procedures. - Ability to lift 45 pounds and perform repeated physical tasks. - Ability to push 200 pounds on manual pallet jack safely - Ability to operate electric pallet jack safely - Ability to operate high pressure air & N2 test equipment safely. - Ability to safely operate power hand tools - Manual dexterity (i.e., the ability to make coordinated hand and finger movements to grasps and manipulate objects of varying sizes). - Ability to stand for 9 hours a day. - Skill in active listening and following directions. - High School Diploma or G.E.D. Preferred: - Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly. CRITICAL COMPETENCIES-- As follows are the measurable or observable knowledge, skills, abilities, and behaviors critical to successful job performance: - Dexterity - Work with small parts regularly, You need to be able to grip, tighten, and fasten them properly. - Communication - Needs to be able to communicate with each other and the office to meet deadlines. - Attention To Detail - Helps to perform the duties accurately and efficiently, and ensures the safety of products handled. - Computer Skills - Relies on technology to rack and stock and fulfill orders. - Safety Procedures - Safety should always be the top priority in any warehouse position. - Understanding their role - Should be able to see and understand the role in the larger operation.
