job summary:
The dock associate is responsible for physically unloading and loading trucks while maintaining a high level of organization during a specified shift to ensure freight is properly loaded and unloaded to facilitate on-time, error-free deliveries. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds. Work Environment: This job operates in a fast-paced warehouse environment with unforgiving surfaces as well as hot and cold climates with a variety of noises and odors.
