job summary:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position primarily involves seated work but requires frequent, repetitive lifting and movement of document cartons. The role involves entering sensitive client data from physical medical files into our secure database system. Employees are expected to carry one carton of documents from the pallet to their workstation approximately every 5-7 minutes. These cartons weigh between 30-50 lbs and must be carried a distance of up to 15-20 feet. Lifting involves hand heights ranging from 13 to 45 inches. Once a box of files has been processed, it is returned to the pallet and replaced with the next. The position requires a sustained keystroke rate with 100% accuracy, verified through a 'double key' process. In addition, the candidate must be able to decipher cursive writing.
