job summary:
As an assembler, you are responsible for assembling products on a production line according to company procedures, often in a team-based, quota-driven environment. Duties include building and inspecting sub-assemblies, using a variety of hand tools such as torque drills and punches, and ensuring products meet quality standards. They must also maintain accurate documentation and keep their work area clean and organized. Candidates must have at least 1 year of manufacturing assembly experience, and be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. The role requires the ability to work independently or in a team, follow safety protocols, and pass a rigorous drug screening and background checks.
