Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative and make a real impact by delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. This position involves coordinating the activities involved with procuring goods and services, including but not limited to raw materials, equipment, tool, parts, supplies and services. Execute daily operations of quotes, purchase orders, expediting, customer service, logistics, material procurement and price negotiations. Review and give feedback on requisitions. Confer with vendors in order to obtain product information, such as price, availability and delivery schedule. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
