job summary:
We're hiring for a dual-role position that blends shipping coordination with customer service. Responsibilities include entering estimate requests into JobBOSS, managing leads through Pipedrive, coordinating shipments with FedEx, UPS, and freight carriers, reviewing contract orders for accuracy, and communicating with customers about order status. This is a clerical role with no physical labor involved. Preferred experience includes clerical work, Excel, JobBOSS, shipping software, and strong communication skills. Experience in either shipping or customer service is fine.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM
qualifications:
- up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)
- Recording shipping information
- Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
- Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
- Using inventory management software
Business casual, does not require steel toe boots.
