If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Receiving Clerk! In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming goods, playing a vital part in ensuring the smooth and accurate flow of our warehouse operations. We are looking for an individual who isn't just looking for a job, but a place where their commitment to detail, consistent attendance, and strong sense of responsibility will be truly valued. What You'll Be Doing: -Meticulously inspect and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips, noting any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or damages with exceptional accuracy. -Accurately receive and log inventory into our warehouse management system, ensuring data integrity and providing a clear record of all incoming materials. -Organize and stage received goods in designated areas, paying close attention to proper labeling and ensuring efficient storage. -Communicate effectively with vendors, purchasing department, and other warehouse team members regarding any receiving issues or discrepancies. -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures. -Consistently arrive on time and maintain excellent attendance, understanding the importance of your role in our daily operations. -Take ownership of your responsibilities, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues to ensure a seamless receiving process. -Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as needed, demonstrating a flexible and team-oriented approach.

work hours: 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

qualifications:

• VMS Assignment ID
• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

skills:

• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Operate RF scanner
• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices
• Label deliveries and allocate designated locations
• Inspect material supplies and inventory
• Using inventory management software
• Unload and inspect packages for damage

dress code:
Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
