job summary:
 Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on the cartons using stencil equipment  Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or preassemble containers  Insert items into the containers using spacers, fillers and protective padding  Plan and monitor everyday shipments and reduce documentation discrepancies  Ensure on time shipment, on time documentation, booking follow up and monitoring shipment from point of origin to point of destination  Receives incoming orders of materials, equipment and supplies and maintain records into the computer with data entry  Verify information from Bill if Ladings, invoices and orders against the actual shipment to verify completeness
