Sales & Relationship Manager
Salary: $55k basic, with OTE taking your package to $70k
As part of the Relationship Management Team, you will develop your skills alongside some of the best in the business! You will consult with small business owners to ensure they receive the best financial options available to them. The successful candidate will be comfortable interacting with clients regularly over the phone and via email.

As a Sales & Relationship Manager you'll:
- Act as a consultant to business owners, ensuring they have full visibility on how the company can help them
- Manage, request, and follow up on client accounts daily
- Handle incoming requests over the phone and via email, providing in-depth, knowledgeable answers
- Identify and escalate issues at each point in the loan process, from application through to funding
- Analyze all data available to you to solve account issues whenever they arise
- Use strong sales skills to conduct business with clients
Who You Are:
A detail-oriented, ambitious candidate who is self-motivated. You have an exceptional work ethic and drive to succeed. You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that you'll use to expand our clients' presence in the market.
Requirements:
- A full 4-year Bachelor's degree
- Organized with excellent interpersonal/communication skills
- You're sales motivated!
