We are seeking a talented and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our client’s Business Strategy and Planning Group.
Job details:
Hybrid work schedule 3 days in office, 2 remote
Contract role-estimated 5 months in length, but possible for extension/conversion based on performance and business needs
$25-28/hr DOE
In this role, you will:
Manage calendars with precision and efficiency: Ensure meetings are scheduled promptly and accurately, anticipating potential conflicts and resolving them proactively.
Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities: Maintain a strong sense of urgency and manage multiple demands effectively.
Anticipate needs and provide comprehensive event support: Plan social and internal team engagement events meticulously, ensuring all necessary details are handled in advance for a smooth experience.
Coordinate meetings and resources: Secure the necessary conference rooms, technology, and materials for successful meetings, ensuring all information is seamlessly transferred when schedules change.
Facilitate skip-level meetings: Proactively schedule and track these meetings throughout the year.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lotus Notes, and Visio: Utilize these tools to effectively manage tasks and communication.
Understanding expense management: Experience with Concur or expense processing software a huge plus.
