IMPORTANT: This is a HYBRID role, combining work from home and office presence. Work From Home on Mondays and Fridays, Tuesday thru Thursday in office.
Pay: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
Processes client transaction requests and reviews transactions for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to all internal and external regulations. (Ex: checks, withdrawals, changes to accounts)
To interpret, research and process the client’s complex monetary and clerical requests within brokerage accounts and mutual fund accounts, while having the highest quality service and accuracy.
To communicate and build relationships effectively with internal and external clients.
Communicate with the clients through outbound calls and written correspondence to clarify incomplete or invalid paperwork.
This job is for you if you can:
Interpret, research and process more complex client requests on our mutual fund and brokerage platforms. Consistently follows policies and procedures for completing work while independently utilizing systems and resources effectively.
Exhibit a sense of urgency and accountability for the client experience.
Own and resolve client or stakeholder inquiries while demonstrating a logical, systematic approach to problem solving.
Collaborate with peers and business partners to continually enhance the client experience.
Leverage online resources and past experience to independently meet challenges and provide viable alternative solutions as needed.
Prioritize work and provide flexibility to support business needs.
What you'll have:
High School Diploma
Strong problem resolution and time management skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PCs.
Minimum of two years of related work experience required.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
