We are seeking dedicated and reliable Financial Processing Specialists to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of client transactions, contributing to a positive client experience.
In this role, you will:
Process client requests: You will handle a variety of transactions, including checks, withdrawals, and account changes (new accounts, change of ownership, etc.), ensuring accuracy and adherence to all regulations.
Research and resolve complex issues: You will investigate and resolve client inquiries related to brokerage and mutual fund accounts.
Build strong client relationships: You will effectively communicate with clients through outbound calls and written correspondence.
Collaborate with internal partners: You will work closely with colleagues to resolve complex processing issues and ensure timely completion.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of systems: You will gain knowledge of our processing systems, policies, and procedures.
During Training: Flexible Hybrid work schedule
Flexible Hybrid schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM local time. (shift start and end time can vary)
Remote work: Mondays and Fridays.
In-office work: Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Post Training: Flexible Remote work schedule
Flexible Remote work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM local time. (shift start and end time can vary)
We are looking for someone who:
Has a strong client focus and is skilled at building positive relationships.
* Is comfortable working independently and efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and strong time management abilities.
* Is proficient in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
This is a full-time role with a typical work week of 37.5 hours. During peak tax season (December-April), the work week will be 40 hours. Overtime opportunities may be available.
