- Master's or bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Design or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Help the Sr. Manager develop product strategies and plans based on business objectives, analytics, insights, metrics, market trends and groomed through the consumer lens.
- Conducts strategic planning to prepare product roadmaps; proactively identifies changes in the business and technology landscape, and identifying technical projects required to maintain/enhance service levels.
- Advice, consult and socialize with key stakeholders involved in prioritized initiatives; documents business opportunities, recommends digital solutions and provides timelines and budget impacts.
- Identifies new business opportunities, product and service enhancements within strategic objectives and influences business decisions with senior management.
- Determine report and analyze key performance indicators to track the impacts of the self-serve initiatives across all channels.
- Identify and lead product portfolio planning (e.g. business case development, operational requirements, cost & pricing analysis, and product scope definition).
- Using JIRA, documenting epics, user stories, and tasks to provide direction for the development team(s)
- You will work closely with the developer team to transform business requirements into technical solutions
- Using Adobe Experience Manager, monitor and implement changes to the apps to ensure customers pain points have been address
