This company is seeking a Team Lead and Architect that is experienced with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. The Team Lead will spearhead the overall development of Salesforce modules within the Client Technology Management team. The Team Lead will function as technical thought leader and hands-on Tech Lead on the Salesforce platform and its integrated eco-system. The Team Lead will lead the day to day work of the Salesforce Team in terms of process and delivery needs with some people management responsibilities.

Job Duties
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Financial Services Cloud, to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports, to support asset management and financial services processes.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce best practices, data security, and compliance with regulatory requirements, including Financial Services Cloud standards.
- Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet high standards and align with architectural guidelines.
- Mentor and support development teams, providing technical leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and asset management processes.
- Collaborate with fellow team members iteratively through the stages of development, QA, launch and maintenance
- Be Accountable for team's consistent delivery of high quality on time work, dependencies and impacts vetted out and mitigated upon final delivery
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital solutions to business problems. Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
