responsibilities:
- Analyze, Design, and Document System Changes: Lead the analysis, design, and documentation of system implementations, extensions, and modifications. Collaborate closely with functional teams to review and deploy code, ensuring all changes are properly validated and integrated.
- Coordinate Project Development: Manage project development activities, including creating accurate estimates, scheduling tasks, and delivering on time. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to system modification standards and best practices.
- Manage Code and Systems Integration: Review source repository code, oversee systems integration, and ensure compliance with branching strategies to maintain streamlined and efficient development workflows.
- Gather Requirements and Develop Feasibility Strategies: Engage in comprehensive requirements gathering and technical analysis to develop feasibility strategies, ensuring software products seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
- Develop and Implement Oracle Retail Applications: Drive the development of software solutions in collaboration with technical teams, implement Oracle Retail applications, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure robust technical design, testing, and documentation.
