Job Duties -Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery of assigned manual,
optimized and customized requests based on established timing schedule.
Customized publication needs may service sales and servicing needs of
stakeholders.
Job Requirements -
- Oversee SLA timelines, quality levels and requirements to manage client
request expectations. Negotiate timing of custom publications based on
work-capacity of the team. Develop a level of comfort in negotiating
timelines with associates and management.
- Ensure all requests meet the design, brand, and quality standards to be
delivered from Sales to the end client.
Ensure all requests meet legal and compliance requirements. Stay abreast
of Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) concepts and
regulations.
- Consult with partner teams such as Marketing and Investment Operations
Data teams to translate research into content layout.
- Responsibilities include ensuring appropriate pulls of data, charts and
visuals, and incorporation of narrative.
- Responsible for staying up to date with financial/investment industry and
product knowledge to interpret client needs to deliver requested
publication deliverables.
- Escalate and manage any SLA or quality issues with leadership team.
- Partner within the publishing team, including automation, to determine an
approach to deliver enhancements, changes and new demand in the most
effective manner.
- Participate actively in the optimization process for assigned publications to
drive production efficiencies and manage incoming demand effectively.
- Identify, recommend, and establish publication process improvements,
incorporating client feedback to continuously improve and refine
production processes, thereby driving faster speed-to-market and lower
cost-to-serve. Contribute to development and usage of key performance
indicators (KPIs) to drive publishing team progress in meeting
client/stakeholder needs.
- Establish in-depth knowledge of optimization technology and processes
and ability to self-service templates and exhibits to triage defects.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
