Looking for a Junior SQL Analyst to provide extra support during the Q4 peak season. This role involves working with SQL to optimize and create regex rules, focusing on tasks like wear clauses, regular expression manipulation, and select statements. The analyst will handle high-priority tickets from a Jira queue, with 60% of the work dedicated to optimizing existing rules and 40% to creating new ones.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of SQL experience, and while familiarity with AWS Athena, Tableau, and Vertica is preferred, it is not required. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the senior analyst and team members, with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance.
They will be a member of the Merchant Intelligence team, merchant cleaning of bank data.

- Contribute to the broader company data culture through sharing learnings and best practices
- Partner with other internal analytics teams to provide context on analytics initiatives
- Manage quality control of all deliverables to ensure high standards of accuracy
- Manage and balance the prioritization of large-scope projects with short-term ad hoc requests
