Position Summary:
As a Systems Engineer II, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining our systems infrastructure. This position will leverage your expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365, as well as your strong customer service skills, to support and enhance our IT environment. You'll work closely with end-users to address technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage scripts for system administration and configuration, with a focus on PowerShell for automation and system management.
- Ensure all compliance standards are met, contributing to audit processes as needed.
- Implement, secure, and maintain Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service, interfacing with users to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Group Policy and Intune for seamless user experiences.
- Oversee endpoint management, including updates and software packaging, ensuring installations align with industry best practices.
- Create and maintain documentation, configuration diagrams, and install scripts.
- Contribute to additional projects and duties as assigned.
- 4-6 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Proven experience with high-availability network and computer systems.
- Experience in banking or financial institutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with risk mitigation strategies is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Windows server installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Advanced skills with Active Directory and Azure AD SAML SSO.
- Experience with deployment and management tools, including MECM, MDT, and Intune.
- Knowledge of VMware and virtualization support.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with WaaS and managing major OS upgrade cycles.
- Understanding of financial regulatory requirements is advantageous.

Job Summary:

Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
·Writes scripts for system administration and configuration management
·Ensures compliance requirements and audit efforts are met
·Writes and debugs PowerShell scripts for system administration
·Designs, implements, secures, and maintains Windows Server and desktop o/s
·Interfaces with customers and ensures customer satisfaction
·Manages and troubleshoots Microsoft Group Policy and Intune
·Performs endpoint management for updates/software packaging. Installs and configures according to defined industry standards, practices, and regulatory requirements
·Creates and maintains configuration diagrams, install scripts, and documentation
·Performs other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
·4 - 6 years experience
·Four-year college degree in a related field preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
·Four-year degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
·Or two-year degree plus commensurate experience
·At least five years of experience working with highly available network/computer systems required
·Prior/Current experience with Banking or Financial Institutions helpful
·Experience in risk mitigation strategies helpful
·Experience troubleshooting or supporting Microsoft platforms (e.g. Office 365, Active Directory, all current flavors of Windows desktop and server o/s) required
Specific Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program. Select positions may also be eligible to earn incentives and/or commissions. Hiring Salary Range: $73,000 - $90,000
