What You'll Do
Funding Strategy:
- Develop and execute initiatives to improve funding processes and outcomes.
- Identify and drive improvements in KPIs across the entire Funding pipeline and regional teams.
- Proactively mitigate risks and ensure compliance with funding regulations.
- Lead and mentor the Funding management team, ensuring the team's alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and nurture partnerships with key external stakeholders, including insurance providers.
- Foster seamless collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams to enhance customer experience.
- Drive innovation in customer service, including enhancements to our e-funding platform.
- Continuously refine the Funding process to reduce lead times and variability.
- Partner with IT to implement automation and system improvements.
- Cultivate a culture of growth by identifying and developing talent.
- Ensure the team has the right skills and support to achieve strategic targets.
- Define and refine performance metrics in collaboration with IT and Business Intelligence teams.
- Analyze data to drive Funding excellence across individual, team, regional, and state levels.
- Lead initiatives to build a cost-efficient, high-performing organization.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in funding authorization or related roles, including 5+ years in leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and Zoom.

responsibilities:
Process improvement
- Constantly improve upon Funding process (reduce lead time and variance), through driving IT & automation roadmap in close collaboration with IT
- Securing performance metrics
- Together with IT and BI functions, set and find ways to refine performance metrics for tracking performance across the organization - on process, individual, team, regional, and state level
- Lead, engage, and secure team performance
- Continuously develop processes through understanding how process development, systems & automation can help Funding
- Understand how to measure the Funding organization and implement the right metrics to drive Funding excellence
- Communicate and collaborate with Sales, Billing & Collection
- Secure right-sized and cost-efficient organization and strategies
- Secure best Funding solution through deep knowledge of customer journey and collaboration with Sales
- Secure fit-for-purpose people development processes and activities
