Our Client is hiring for 9 Software Applications Test Enginees with varying levels of experience.
As member of the Regional Applications Agile Release Train (ART) of the Missile Defense National Team for Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) (aka C2BMC NT), this position will participate in software design and peer reviews, develop test specifications and infrastructure, execute manual and automated test and perform analysis of C2BMC implementation in an integrated environment or to test specific capabilities for interfaces or infrastructure in support of operations (e.g., Internal Messaging, control and monitoring, message and display recording and playback, failover processing). Responsibilities also include the coordination of lab resources, test results and verification status with the C2BMC program and customers. This position will be a leader on the team and help Junior Engineers with problems that might arise.

Education Required:
Technical Bachelor\'s Degree (Mathematics, Science, Engineering, or Computer Science) or significant professional experience. Masters degree highly desired.
Technical Skill Required:
- Test Preferred knowledge
- Experience with an Agile development process
- Automated testing for requirement verification and performance assessment Requirement and verification analysis
- Conducting post-processing and analysis of collected data
- Development of action plans based upon analysis of data
- Automated Test Frameworks (like Cucumber, RIA Test, Telerik Test Studio)
- Experience in GIT, Jenkins, Technical Team Leadership, Jira, Confluence
- Documenting software deficiency reports
- Presenting analysis results and plans of action orally and/or in written format (e.g., slides, annotated slides, test report document)
- The candidate must possess verbal/written communications skills enabling him/her to work effectively in a small technical team environment, and to accurately represent test perspectives to C2BMC systems engineers and architects, software designers, other testers and test support personnel, the Government customer, and personnel in other MDA programs.
- Experience in a DevSecOps environment extremely desirable,
- IAT II will need to be active within 60 days of hiring.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in testing and evaluation of a software-intensive system in a variety of test environments/venues, utilizing Agile development. This position will require a self-starting individual capable of diving into problems with assistance from other test engineers and software developers. Candidate experience should include: use of DoD test methodologies; functional capability related test/analysis planning and execution; planning and execution of test data collection; and test data analysis and reporting. The analysis experience should involve characterizing system, software, or component performance using quantitative methods; reporting the characterization to subsequent users; and contributing to performance assessment by program system engineers. This experience may come from independent efforts and/or from participation within test teams.
