We're looking for an experienced Technology Delivery Lead with a strong understanding of the US Power Market to oversee IT operations for our client's Wholesale Applications. This role is crucial for managing end-to-end service delivery, incident resolution, and batch operations. The Technology Delivery Lead will work onsite, directly collaborating with the client to provide a seamless experience and support for critical IT processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- US Power Market Knowledge: Extensive experience and understanding of the US Power Market and commercial trading.
- Service & Delivery Management: 7+ years of expertise in delivery excellence and IT service management.
- Operational Management: Proven hands-on experience managing IT operations, batch processes, and incident resolution.
- Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS or GCP to support IT operations in cloud environments.

- Act as a primary point of contact for high-impact incidents and provide updates to client leadership.
- Participate in audits and manage security patching activities.
- Report on key metrics and status updates to Accenture and client leaders.
