Implementation
- Oversee SDS implementations and projects.
- Gathering and refinement of project requirements
- Managing of meetings, including recording and distribution of meeting notes
- Distribution of testing and technical production monitoring results
- Project Development
- Facilitating coding and testing with Support and Monitoring Engineers
- Documenting updates, testing, and technical production monitoring plans
- Drafting internal and client-facing descriptions and diagrams of workflow processes
- Identify and specify new features in response to client requirements
- Work proactively with team to address client issues.
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- Manage customer accounts to ensure processes are working as expected and identify potential problems.
- Understands and follows Smart Data Solutions' (SDS) workflow and associated technical systems.
- Understand and follows all assigned customer workflows including import and export processes.
- Interpret customer business processes, analyze problems, and recommend programmable solutions.
- Apply analytical and business knowledge to solve customer specified problems adhering to SDS coding standards and policies.
- Communicates to customers (via emails and phone calls) about SDS workflows.
- Communicates to client of any critical production issues that may affect a customer's production process.
- Provides timely responses to all assigned tickets in accordance with SDS policies
- Identifies and escalates high priority tickets to appropriately support clients
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- 2-4 year degree in computer science or equivalent degree

- Coding experience with Java and MySQL
- Have business rule knowledge and experience with the following EDI 5010 transactions:
- 837 Professional, Institutional and Dental required.
- 999 and 277CA response required.
- 835 and 834 experience preferred.
- Knowledge of paper forms and type of collateral received and processed in a healthcare space (for example CMS 1500, UB04, etc.)
