responsibilities:
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
- Tracking projections and actual results; identifying and addressing cross-functional program and project issues and recommending adjustments and process improvement ideas to leadership to meet deliverables.
- Supporting a large organization by optimizing processes, collaborating with cross-functional partners, providing transparency and clarity in expected deliverables, and reducing redundant tasks to enable them to focus on value-added work.
- Becoming a knowledge expert in the domain, being able to answer questions and provide useful information to unblock our team.
- Identifying and eliminating roadblocks and driving change - Interpret and utilize information for one or more initiative work streams by using various analytical methodologies; developing solutions within business areas that meet business goals; prioritizing assignments; recommending program changes to stakeholders based on data; and persuading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement changes.
- Reducing the amount of redundant busy work the product team has to do by providing continuous improvements to the process.
- Support and drive organizational and cultural change at to ensure Marketplace delivers its longer-term goals.
