responsibilities:
? Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Ensure that MFA is implemented and validated in accordance with company requirements, working with IT and security teams to validate MFA deployment for existing and new systems. Monitor and audit MFA adoption across the organization and address any non-compliance.
? Compliance Assessment: Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS), and industry best practices related to privileged access management. Identify risks related to privileged access and MFA gaps. Work closely with risk management and information security teams to address vulnerabilities.
? Monitoring & Reporting: Partner with the Identity and Access Management team (IAM) to monitor privileged activity and respond to access anomalies. Create and deliver detailed reports on privileged access compliance, MFA adoption, audit findings, and risk remediation efforts to management and key stakeholders.
? Incident Response: Function as a point of contact for privileged access-related incidents. Provide requested data and coordinate with key stakeholders as requested for incidents involving privileged accounts to mitigate potential damage.
? Training & Awareness: Design and publish comprehensive job aids and self-service options that address common issues and service inquiries. Write and maintain technical documentation tailored for non-technical individuals that is user-friendly, accurate, complete, clear, and concise.
