responsibilities:
- Responsibilities include researching and analyzing business needs, formulating and defining system scope and objectives, and designing interfaces to connect and integrate systems to meet business needs and objectives.
- To be successful in this position you must be competent at the highest level in all phases of applications systems analysis and design activities.
- The selected candidate will act as a liaison between our business partners and OIT to ensure business needs are met. You will evaluate, determine, and facilitate OIT policy adherence to internal and Vendor Hosted systems.
- You may participate in new projects.
- An understanding of system design plans and detailed specifications to facilitate implementation of application systems will be expected.
- Supervision may be exercised over other data processing staff.
- Interpersonal, communications and teambuilding skills are critical in this role.
- Ability to work on separate projects at a given time, keeping analysis and work organized across those distinct developments.
- You will provide support to our customers by monitoring Vendor Hosted systems to ensure compliance with contracted IT requirements.
- You will perform analysis and documentation of business and system interactions.
- You will design technical solutions to business issues and work with the Application Development team to implement those solutions.
- You will be involved in all phases of the SDLC, including Requirements Definition and Documentation, Systems Analysis and Design, Change Management Documentation, System Integration and User Acceptance Testing, and Project Timeline Estimation.
