responsibilities:
Talent and Workforce Analytics Tool and Support will enable workforce and talent team by leveraging M365 tools such as sharepoint lists, powerautomate, excel, etc... to create automate manual processing of requisition request and approval, attrition tracking, resource planning, reconciliation and sync with financial forecasting, etc..
Required Qualifications -
-Advanced Excel including Powerquery or MS Access
-M365 Sharepoint List Admin/Designer
-M365 PowerAutomate / PowerApps
Desired Qualifications:
-Familiarity or prior experience with resource / workforce data
-Familiarity with workforce planning tools in an agile environment
-Process Management - ability to model process flows and drive process integration and improvement
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Services Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Services Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Services Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Services Consulting. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
