We have a Contract opportunity for a Business Process Consultant. This role is fully remote but must work PST business hours - 8:30AM PST -5PM PST.
Job Description:
Business Process Consultant
Top 3-5 Daily Responsibilities:
1. Support the VRDO/Vendor Portal Project
2. Support Pay Operations 25% of the time
3. Attend meetings associated with the Vendor Portal project and other Buy to Pay Operations projects as assigned
Top 3-5 Required Skills:
1. Project Management
2. Change Management
3. Heavy Buy to Pay experience especially specifically with experience with driving innovation, streamlining, change management, project mgmt. and demonstrated leadership.
Top Three things Worker will be doing:
1) reviewing credentialing and privileging documents to ensure they are in alignment with the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations before submitting to the Board for approval;
2) creating executive summary from a large & detailed report,
3) provide support to team members on various projects
Top Three Skillsets needed:
1) knowledge of credentialing and privileging;
2) Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, and performance improvement skills;
3) Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and attention to detail and ability to edit large and sensitive documents for executive leaders and Board members.
