Business Systems Analyst - ERP Support and Optimization

We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst who thrives in a manufacturing environment and excels at enhancing ERP performance to meet evolving business needs. This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize our ERP system (CSI 10 or Syteline) while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver impactful results.
Your Role:
- Take ownership of our ERP system by managing configurations, deploying updates, and ensuring peak performance to support critical business functions.
- Build partnerships with internal stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to align the ERP system with strategic objectives and customer expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor for ERP capabilities and enhancements, identifying opportunities to drive innovation and value.
- Oversee ERP security controls, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity best practices and minimizing risks across business systems.
- Lead data management activities, maintaining database health and accuracy to enable seamless operations.
- Develop and implement project plans for ERP initiatives, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements, while coordinating with internal and external resources.
- Support advanced reporting and analytics needs by designing and configuring ERP-based reporting tools and business intelligence solutions.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their needs, translating requirements into technical designs and solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, updates, and integrations to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Experience: 4+ years working with CSI 10 or Syteline ERP systems (or similar), ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in transactional SQL and familiarity with SSRS. Competence in C# or another object-oriented programming language is required.
- ERP Expertise: Hands-on experience with ERP configurations, upgrades, and security controls. Familiarity with APICS certification or training is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Problem-solving skills with a keen ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective system solutions.
- Collaborative Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams and convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Project Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing ERP projects, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
