Pharmacy Benefits Management
* User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions that enhance user experience.
* Design and Prototyping (must have at least 3 yrs of Figma experience) : Create wireframes, prototypes, and highfidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows, ensuring they align with project goals and user needs.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure cohesive design implementation and maintain a consistent user experience.
* Usability Testing and Iteration: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather user feedback, then iterate on designs based on insights to improve functionality and user satisfaction.
* Design System Management: Develop and maintain a design system or style guide to ensure consistency across all user interfaces and streamline the design process
* Functional prototypes
* Enhance and maintain Liviniti UI design system
* Audit UI and a 6-month plan to enhance the user experience
