Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Continuous Monitoring Specialist to support the enhancement and execution of their continuous monitoring program. This individual will play a pivotal role in evaluating control effectiveness, gathering and analyzing evidence, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have project management skills, experience in data analytics, and the ability to create impactful dashboards and reporting tools to communicate key insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Continuous Monitoring Program Development:
- Further develop and refine the continuous monitoring framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and metrics.
- Collect, review, and evaluate evidence to ensure controls are operating effectively.
- Conduct regular assessments to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyze relevant data.
- Design and develop dashboards and reports to communicate program performance and insights to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage projects related to continuous monitoring initiatives.
- Establish timelines, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure program alignment and integration.
- Prepare detailed documentation, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to continuous monitoring and control effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Bachelor's degree in [related field such as Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Business, or Information Systems].
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL) and Excel.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, or COBIT is a plus.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience in creating automated reporting tools and workflows.
