This role will start on the SAP customer service team. Then the intent is to move the detail and organized consutlant to the equipment team to work on larger multi-million dollar orders. Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have strong attention to detail and have both excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a highly visible position since our consultant will be participating in daily leadership calls with various internal teams and twice a week will have calls with the Director of Finance.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible providing customer support, handling incoming orders, verifying customer purchase order accuracy, confirming purchase orders with customers, resolve discrepancies, and providing technical support. This is a contract to hire opportunity.
This position is part of their Customer Support with the intent to then move to the equipment team.
You will be a part of the Customer Support team and report to the Manager Customer Service. If you thrive in a multifunctional, fast paced, supporting role and want to work to build a world-class customer support organization-read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Process daily orders received through multiple channels (phone, email, fax, EDI)
- Professionally handle incoming requests through multiple channels (phone, email, fax,) from external and internal customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution according to current processes.
- Responsible for daily management which includes reviewing the status of all open orders, return goods authorization (RGA's) and insuring timely resolution. Working all reports including GIT, blocked and incomplete order tracking to ensure deliveries are not delayed to the customer.
- Participate on daily internal calls with leadership from various internal teams
- High visibility as consutlant will be working on multi-million dollar orders
- Will also participate on calls with the Director of Finance
- SAP software experience
- Proven track record of using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- EXCELLENT WRITTEN and VERBAL communication skills
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Customer Service/Order Entry experience preferred
