- Proficiency in ServiceNow development scripting workflows business rules and UI development.

- Collaborate with cross functional business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Design and Develop Tech Catalog Attestation Process
- Design and Develop Integration of Technology Acquisition Process TAP with Risk Application IPSRA and Coupa Supplier Portal
- Design and Develop Integration with Application Technology Catalog CMDB
- Design and Develop Integration with Snowflake
- Create and Document Tasks Stories with relevant acceptance criteria
- Define and Design Technical Architecture for ServiceNow implementations ensuring scalability and performance
- Adhere to best practices for Development and Platform configuration ServiceNow Architecture Standards and Governance
- Develop configure and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform
- Implement workflows business rules and user interfaces using ServiceNow scripting JavaScript Glide API
- Design and develop ServiceNow modules
- Build custom applications and solutions using ServiceNow Studio.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third party systems via RESTSOAP APIs.
- Optimize existing applications and ensure seamless platform upgrade.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure robust testing processes for all developments
