What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 3 Workday consultants and collaborate directly with the client.
- Ensure client requirements are understood, met, and effectively implemented.
- Review testing processes and oversee requirements gathering and validation.
- Drive Workday implementations for Finance and Grants Management and related modules.
- Workday Certification in Finance and Grants (active certification required).
- 3-5 years of experience in Workday Grants Management, Finance, and Projects.
- Proven ability to lead teams and work directly with clients in dynamic environments.
- strong skills in requirements analysis and testing processes.
- Industry experience in government preferred; higher education experience is acceptable.
- Work remotely with flexibility and autonomy.
- Engage with government and higher education clients, contributing to impactful projects.
- Active Workday Certification in Finance and Grants.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience in Grants Management and related areas.
- strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience managing small teams.
