Position Summary:
- Responsiblity of Business/ Data Analyst involves examining and certifying the accuracy of credit risk data, delivering new data to the proper data warehouse, and analyzing new data.
- The process of data analysis also includes finding methods in which your organization may utilize data more efficiently and develop new initiatives. Standardize the data analysis process may help your team save time and have clear directions to complete their coding.
- BI analysts are expected to collaborate with managers and team members to determine which data is required to address their concerns. They then collate that data, operate BI queries, reports to assist stakeholders in extracting meaning from analyzed data sets.
- Data management will be an integral aspect of your work. The ability to handle data using popular data tools like Excel and structured query language (SQL) is critical. In addition, proficiency with data analysis is required.
Microstrategy
Required Skills:
- Develop, support Enterprise Credit Risk ETL platform on Microstrategy and Tableau BI tools.
- Develop unit / integration / regression / performance test scripts/ test suites for the framework
- Follow Agile development process - work refinement, estimation, retrospectives, etc. rituals
- Interface with users and other team members, understand requirements and engineer and analyze solution options
- Communicate solution effectively to team / teams and play a mentor role for junior resources
- Ability to document the analysis, organize and share with development / leadership teams
- Participate in POCs - evaluate tools and technologies as needed
- Extraction and analysis of Data within Risk risk ETL and as well business reports.
- Compiling data regarding reported issues and offering remedies that improve the operation of processes and systems
- Working with the leadership and teammates to implement changes
- Engaging with teams to assess required resources, employees, equipment, and facilities
- Speaking with key stakeholders and senior leadership to set strategic targets.
