responsibilities:
- Lead projects from analysis to implementation, ensuring accurate timelines, staff assignments, and progress tracking for timely completion.
- Train clients and junior staff on web applications, offering advanced guidance while staying updated on emerging technologies and frameworks.
- Design and build applications, services, and integrations; manage repositories, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices for efficiency and reliability.
- Engage with diverse users to identify application needs, deliver custom solutions, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions, optimize system performance, and participate in post-implementation reviews to ensure success.
