We are seeking a Workday Time Tracking Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation of Workday Time Tracking solutions. This is a remote role with the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic client team. The ideal candidate is Workday Time Tracking certified, with strong expertise in configuring, optimizing, and implementing Workday Time Tracking modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of Workday Time Tracking, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide hypercare support post-go-live, ensuring smooth adoption of the solution.
- Collaborate with client teams to identify and resolve system defects and refine configurations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end testing strategies for Time Tracking and related integrations.
- Deliver advanced PATT Reporting and analytics, creating actionable insights for business leaders.
- Configure and optimize Workday Scheduling & Labor Optimization to enhance workforce management.
- Workday Time Tracking Certification (mandatory).
- 4+ years of experience working with Workday Time Tracking, including hands-on configuration and implementation.
- strong skills in Workday Global Time Tracking, Scheduling & Labor Optimization, and PATT Reporting.
- Proven ability to support deployment activities and provide post-go-live support.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Workday Medium Enterprise Deployments.
- Exposure to Education & Government (E&G) industries or similar verticals.
- strong understanding of Workday best practices and innovative use of its tools.
