responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Lynk's Business Development team, Technical Account Managers, and Technical team to implement the service.
- Meet with Lynk's MNO partners to share in-depth knowledge about Lynk's core network architecture, and gather feedback on the architecture where relevant.
- Guide product development on Lynk's core network while also maintaining awareness on RAN network products.
- Create end-to-end test plans for Lynk service and troubleshoot as needed.
- Monitor customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop test methods to constantly improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and convincingly with all areas of the company - technical and non-technical - as well as with external parties.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams.
- Up to 25% travel is expected.
