- Program Governance Support role is responsible for enabling successful program and project compliance with the firm's change standards.
- This role will work with Governance Leads, as well as the project delivery teams, to educate on policy, identify and address risk, accumulate evidence, and ensure overall readiness to comply with the change standards and local requirements.

responsibilities:
- collaborate with project team members to meet program and project documentation, status updates, deliverables and alignment to Change Standards.
- Seek opportunities to optimize processes, documentation, approval flows and routines for program and project team adherence to the change standards.
- Monitor success criteria and metrics as part of fostering continual improvement of change standards compliance outcomes.
- Partner with enterprise/line of business-wide PMOs to appeal and remediate issues when appropriate.
- Serve as a point of contact for change practitioners for change-related questions or issues.
