The QA/Automation Analyst, who reports to the QA Team Lead, ensures the quality of the application software in the implementation environment and that it is fully tested. He/She participates in the development and management of software solutions to perform the range of functional, integration and regression testing. Finally, he/she interacts with the development and support teams to ensure that all products meet established quality standards at all stages of the software development lifecycle.

- Design, develop and manage automation solutions (software and hardware).
- Act as a key resource and provide support to the team.
- Act as a resource person within the Quality Assurance team for technical knowledge and commitment.
- Identifies and assesses software quality risks.
- Participate in the establishment of a quality culture based on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the quality delivered.
- Be able to translate operational and financial requirements into test scenarios.
- Organize and manage test environments.
- Develop innovative automation ideas to reduce manual labor time.
- Help train and mentor new department employees.
- Design and deliver formal and informal training.
- Provide production support as required.
- Support user acceptance testing with customers to ensure the highest level of quality.
- Make recommendations for process and technical improvements.
- Demonstrate an ability to adapt to new environments, be able to learn quickly to use new technologies and have a team spirit and an optimistic attitude.
- Be able to coordinate and perform all testing activities according to the software development process based on the Waterfall model.
- 8+ years' experience in the areas of software development and quality assurance.
- Work experience in the capital markets and/or stock exchange sector.
- In-depth understanding of software quality assurance methods, tools and processes.
- Competence in automation concepts and scripting skills.
- Application Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience working in UNIX/LINUX environments.
- Experience working with Python or other software language.
