We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to support the Community Health Regulatory Reporting team in transitioning data from the current system to a new data entry and storage system. This is a critical role that involves working closely with the IT team, consultants, and various stakeholders to develop, implement, and optimize processes for managing data related to three key regulatory reports. You will also play an important role in training the larger Community Health team on how to enter data in Workiva, generate reports, and extract data from the data warehouse, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to effectively use these systems.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to work independently while collaborating with various teams. You must have strong communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, critical issues, and potential solutions. Additionally, you will need to possess a strong ability to learn new technologies and processes, particularly as you engage with Workiva, Databricks, and the integration between these platforms.
