responsibilities:
Leading the transition of products from development to mass production by collaborating with vendors, enhancing manufacturing processes, driving cost-saving initiatives, and supporting new product and software releases.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and goals.
Hands-on experience with process improvement and test development in a fast-paced environment, with potential for cross-functional growth. Onsite role based in Reedsville, PA.
