responsibilities:
- Operate the UAR capability within Sailpoint in partnership with technology and business teams
- Execute and adhere to UAR practice and process governance
- Collaborate with IAM Technology Manager and Project Manager to optimize processes and campaigns
- Coordinate and execute user access reviews aligned with best practices and governing policies
- Execute onboarding of new applications to UAR process
- Ensure UAR quality and integrity of newly onboarded applications
- Execute reconciliation exercises to ensure complete user populations are covered in UAR scope
- Serve as the single point of contact for all Compliance team driven UAR campaigns
- Support Compliance team through staging and launching planned UARs
- Support process and technical troubleshooting efforts relative to UAR application onboarding, staging, and active campaigns
- Effectively manage and communicate program processes and interdependencies as they relate to broader IAM activities
- Ensure timely and successful UAR campaigns aligned with security standards and practices

- Minimum 3 years of experience
