We are looking for a Microsoft and IAM resource with deep understanding of IAM and core Microsoft products for a contract role with our West Michigan Client support a migration project. This role can be remote but must reside in Michigan or one of the surrounding states. The ideal candidate for this role has 5 years of relevant work experience, understanding of general Identity and Access Management and IT Security principles is required as well as a strong knowledge of Active Directory Users and Groups, SQL scripting usage/creation and .NET development capabilities.

responsibilities:
- The position may require direct contact with the user base to investigate and work to solve problems to completion including excellent follow-up and reporting skills.
- This position would work with and assist IAM SME's in a key migration project and other lower level IAM tasks as directed.
- This would involve monitoring incident queues, being mentored by an SME, investigating conditions, problem solving and applying approved remediations.
- The complexity of the incidents and requirement of knowledge of existing systems to complete a remediation will be expected to grow as the individual is mentored and more experience is gained.
