For this contractor assignment, the individual will work with Corporate HR and Legal Team to provide accessibility requirements and success criteria in alignment with WCAG 2.1 AA and perform assessments of digital applications to confirm adherence. The individual will work with process consultants, designers and developers that will require knowledge to assist with solving issues design and coding issues.

responsibilities:
Required skills:
- Experience with various common systems used in the HR and Legal (e.g., HCM, LMS, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Case Management systems, etc.). Having experience with three or more of these is most ideal
- Experience using accessibility testing tools (Evinced, WAVE, Axe, Chrome DevTools) and assistive technologies, such as screen readers (JAWs, NVDA, VoiceOver)
- Knowledge of front-end development tools, including semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA
- Familiarity with WCAG and US disability laws
- Experience with User Experience Services in development and audit of WCAG or related compliance
Preferred skills and experiences:
- CPACC or WAS certifications
