responsibilities:
The primary purpose for this role is to provide direct analytic support to Forsyth Health stakeholders and its' clients through the development of new reports, models and analytic solutions using innovative ways to present data. The Advisor will provide reporting, analytic support and data visualization services to our core customers. The Advisor will need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and will require cross-functional collaboration. This role will require a reporting and analytics background with many activities specific to product development, client reporting, and product performance. This individual will possess functional, technical and advanced business knowledge to provide customized solutions for information requests. In addition, there will be a technical component that is required with a thorough understanding of relational databases, pharmacy and/or medical claims data, and writing SQL code. The Advisor will be working on an analytics team supporting multiple product areas within the company, with varying project work depending on need.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders, business partners, and IT matrix partners to manage scope, understand key requirements to maximize strategic sourcing of data enabling a broad spectrum of analytic solutions.
- Design and develop technical data products, using Tableau or other visualization tools in collaboration with the Forsyth Product team.
- Optimize data product performance by implementing A/B testing from end-to-end, including, ideation and design, monitoring and reporting of results.
- Analyze and pull data to gain new insights or uncover potential areas for improvement.
- Will serve as a business resource and lead projects or project steps within a broader project and have accountability for ongoing activities or deliverables to ensure all initiatives and/or meeting follow-ups are on track, completed timely.
- Develops subject matter expertise on specific processes and provide insights and documentation to leadership.
