Our client's team aims to lead in retail hardware technology by providing employees with the tools they need ahead of time. They focus on integrating hardware into our client's environment to enhance customer experiences. This includes supporting a range of devices like point-of-sale registers, payment terminals, mobile devices, and various printers. Thei work spans new hardware strategies, integration process engineering, device management, and hardware security. We also equip our End User Support teams with essential documentation and processes to maintain hardware in retail settings. The role requires hands-on work in both lab and local store environments, so we seek someone in Seattle or the surrounding area to work in a hybrid model, with most days spent in the office.

responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Establish and sustain working relationships with partner teams. Conduct regular check-ins to foster continuous feedback and develop solutions for security issues.
- Analysis: Assess and analyze security findings and vulnerabilities, documenting recommended solutions and deployment strategies.
- Release Management: Plan, coordinate, and communicate lab and production releases, while tracking and reporting their status. Enhance and develop related telemetry to provide insights into deployments.
- Technical Support: Assist with testing and troubleshooting errors, providing in-person support at the Seattle Lab when needed.
