Required Skills -IT Project Management Resource Management Client Management Application Development
Job Duties -- Client Engagement Management: managing relationships with key client executives at one or more of Randstad Digital's clients.
Includes: o Contributing to project plan development, objectives and deadline setting, as well as monitoring team progress against plan o Ensuring project compliance with milestones, business objectives, and client goals o Building strong relationships with
both internal and external executives o Working independently on engagement tasks while directing junior resource efforts o Manage account resources and ensure client expectations are met o Liaison with the client to gain a thorough understanding of business
vision and direction. Ensure efforts align with that direction o Recruit new resources, capacity plan, conduct performance management o Develop policies, processes, development programs to elevate the organization to meet client needs o Recommend business
development strategies and process improvements - Resource and Process Management: lead and mentor engagement resources, while adhering to Randstad Digital's internal governance processes: o Providing inputs to the hiring process of new Solution Services candidates
o Performing mentoring responsibilities for assigned team members, including performance management, development plans, and more o Project Administration including timely and accurate creation and updates to status reports, financial forecasts, project logs,
and more. o Supporting company culture and ensuring timely communication o Providing thought leadership on technology trends and developments o Identify opportunities to develop and review intellectual capital - Sales Support and Proposal Development: provide
inputs to proposal design and SOW development. Includes: o Assist in the pursuit of business opportunities (new or existing clients) o Create or assist with creation of proposal outlines and schedules o Collaborate with internal lead qualification team to
score opportunities based on strategic and financial value, competitive differentiation, and relationship maturity o Coordinate with other proposal teams on complex deals impacting more than one practice area o Ensure proposals are uploaded and indexed within
collaboration tool for future use/reference
Job Requirements -- Consulting Background - IT related Program Management Experience or Large IT Projects - 4 - 5 years experience Leading Application
Development initiatives - 1 to 2 years of project management or delivery of application management, or IT outsourcing - 3+ years of management and/or technology consulting experience - Scrum Master experience (nice to have, but not required) - Experience in
delivering Projects and Managed Services - Working knowledge of the SDLC and/or IT Operations - Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio) - Experience presenting to senior level management - Excellent communication,
interpersonal and organizational skills - strong project management skills - strong customer focus and customer service skills - strong leadership and resource development skills
Desired Skills & Experience -7+ years of relevant management consulting experience ideally with a big-5 consulting firm Proven history of business development
success
