o Experience working in a second line of defense or oversight risk role.
o Experience in consulting on complex business/system/platform changes to identify risk issues .
o Ability to credibly challenge proposals/decisions made by the first line business partners.
o Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively to senior leadership.
o Credit and operational risk experience.
o Experience in data visualizations that communicate information effectively.
o Advanced PowerPoint and excel experience.
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Independent Risk Management, such as Credit Risk, Independent Testing, or Operational Risk, and contribute to large-scale planning related to Independent Risk Management deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Independent Risk Management challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Independent Risk Management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Independent Risk Management. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
