This is an onsite position in Washington, DC.
Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AV (AV Crestron or equivalent platforms) and associated technologies for events/ meetings.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Teams and Zoom video conferencing.
- Good computer skills and experience with MS Office and Outlook.
- Communication, customer service and coordination skills
- IT help desk support experience - troubleshooting PC's, Wi-Fi connectivity, etc.
- Experience with productivity tools such as Microsoft O365 suite.

responsibilities:
- This position requires full-time onsite presence at the Office in Washington, DC.
- Provide AV technical support for daily operational meetings and events at office for business users.
- Office conference rooms are equipped with Crestron AV equipment which includes displays, projectors, microphones, cameras, speakers.
- This role is AV tech support, not production.
- Support using Zoom and Microsoft Teams, the technical delivery of live session, assisting the facilitator with interaction and moderation.
- Troubleshoot and fix errors.
- Coordinate fixes when technical issues are detected by working with AV support vendor and MSP vendor and ensure resolution.
