YOU WILL TAKE ON THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes, collaborating closely with candidates to schedule their remote and on-site interviews
? Determine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewers
? Maintain accurate and timely data in our applicant tracking system
? Collect and process interview feedback while maintaining discretion
? Ensure candidates have a positive experience during their interview process
? Greet and manage onsite administration for candidates visiting our New York offices
? Ad-hoc project support
YOU SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:
? 1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting
? Bachelors in any field
? Excellent attention to detail and strong foresight
? Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
? Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve solutions in real time
? Ability to prioritize planned work with real-time partner support
? Driven by process and systems-minded
? strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
? Preferred skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sophisticated functions and formulas)
